CONSULTATION
My Little Occasion offers event consultation for all clients; either over the phone or online. Â This is time were we find more information about your event and your learn more about us.

COORDINATION
We offer day of event coordination.  This allows you to plan your very own event, but we manage the day.  My Little Occasion coordinates with vendors, guests and assist with decorations.

PLANNING
Let us perfectly planned your next event. Â This is where MLO assist your event from start to finish. Â We assist with venue and vendor research and contract negotiations. Â Event coordination is included with our complete planning services.

COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING
All event planning needs covered; venue, vendors and coordination. Includes vendor management, budget review, budget planning, decoration design, decoration set up/take down and much more.
20% of Overall Budget
DAY OF COORDINATION
Coordination of event which includes set up and take down of all required items. Vendor and guest management is also included. Five hour minimum for all day of coordination.
1 - 50 Guests: $80/hour
51 - 125 Guests: $100/hour
126 - 175 Guests: $150/hour
176 - 250 Guests: $200/hour

$10/hour per additional 50 added guest above 150 guests.
DECORATION DESIGN
Planning and designing of decorations for the complete event. Includes budget breakdown and decoration options.
